Where is my order?
We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted, we will aim to create and dispatch it the next working day. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.
Please note that the standard delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and any other external factors outside of our control. Orders are not created and shipped on weekends and local public holidays.
While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, external factors outside of our control may occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.
Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your order's status. Alternatively, if you already have a tracking number, please feel free to check the status via the courier.
Can I return my personalised item?
As each item is created to order we are unable to accept returns. If you do have any issues or queries please send us an email as we'll be happy to help further.
I want to personalise an item differently than advertised, would this be possible?
If you would like something a little different to the examples we advertise - whether it be a logo or slightly more personalisation than a design allows, pop us an email as our team will be able to suggest more suitable designs or discuss a bespoke order with you.
Can I make amendments to my personalisation or delivery details after an order has been placed?
We always like to help our customers as much as we can, so we will always try our very best to make any changes required if we are contacted prior to the order being created. Once an order has been created and dispatched, we will no longer be able to make any amendments I'm afraid.
I'm sending my order directly to the recipient, can I request for any pricing information to be removed?
Our invoices are automatically created without any pricing information, so the recipient will not be aware of the price of the item.
