If you wish to make changes to your order, please note that this may not always be possible and you should contact us by phone as soon as your order is placed. 

Our customer happiness of top priority, so providing quality products and a fast and friendly service are Dust and Things are our key objectives. In the event that you are unhappy with your item, we will do what we can to provide you with the best possible assistance and work with you to resolve any issues.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect - get in touch as soon as you receive the item via email (support@dustandthings.reamaze.com) or phone and we will do everything to resolve this with you.  

If agreed with us prior, you can return your item to: Dust and Things, Unit 10 Evans Business Centre, Western Industrial Estate, Caerphilly CF83 1BE.

Please note: We unfortunately cannot be held accountable for spelling mistakes which are out of our control. We design your item using the exact details provided to us which is stated on each personalisable product.

We reserve the rights to decline refunds on our products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during their return, or postal or other costs incurred when returning goods. Please wrap the packaging securely and return to the above address (only if agreed by a member of the Customer Services team).

Due to being a workshop, please note that our items may have marks/features which stem from the hand-finishing process. Natural items may contain naturally occurring features such as knots etc. We really care about providing high quality products and every item we make goes through a thorough 3 part, 3 person quality check.
