Whether you have a green thumb or not, it's hard to escape the fact that indoor plants are on trend and have been for quite some time. Low maintenance indoor plants can be a good choice for office desks or kitchen windowsills, so today we are sharing three of our favourites.

Air Plants and Terrariums
Terrariums can be easily made at home with a glass vessel, some sand, rocks or soil and air plants. They also make great gift ideas and only require a little spraying with water from time to time. We love these simple DIY terrariums.
Succulent and Cacti
In the Spring and Summer months, succulent and cacti require watering around once per week and much less so in the winter months. They are great plants for windowsill spots as they enjoy lots of sunlight.
Cheese Plant
The cheese plant (or Monstera) requires a bit more attention and maintenance, It is a great plant to house in a larger room or conservatory as it tends to grow fairly tall when it matures. They grow well in bright rooms (but not direct sunlight) and with some shade available. The soil should be become dry to the touch between watering.
Are there any indoor plants that you would recommend?
